Sampson Street Cottage
The brief was white & light and bright! This was a high-end fit-out for luxury short-stay accommodation. We renovated this little CBD cottage from top to bottom. New paint, flooring, carpet, lighting, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry & joinery, this was the full-service experience!
We referenced the cottage’s Federation heritage with a classic palette to high-light the home’s original features.
Clinton Street
This little 3 bedroom cottage was in dire need of a refurb. we painted through-out, installed built-in robes, fresh carpet, new light fixtures, kitchen & bathroom, all on a tight budget. The result? A cosy cottage with a classic feel that’s sympathetic to its turn-of-the 20th century roots.
Murphy Lane
This property on the outskirts of town has spectacular views over the rolling hills of Orange. The owners wanted to reflect this country feel in the furniture & decor selections. Coming from farming stock in Cobar, we worked with an existing collection of spectacular photographs of their stockyards to create a welcoming country getaway. We furnished & decorated the property using earthy tones to complement the surrounding landscape, supplied new window treatments & assisted with exterior selections.
Summer Street
A beautifully restored cottage in the heart of Orange, this 2 bedroom Federation gem was fitted out with an earthy palette for long-term rental by the mining industry. We sourced and supplied clever bedroom storage, comfy slip-covered couches and accessories to make these tight spaces work their hardest.
McLachlan Street
The brief was “colourful & eclectic”. Referencing the colours in the original stained-glass windows, we selected vivid pinks and greens to refresh this original railway cottage, and provide a contemporary contrast to the home’s period features.
Sampson Street
Working with the existing interior colour scheme of browns and beiges, and a difficult living room space, we selected neutral warm tones and textures to lighten and brighten the space, and make this 4 bedroom home feel warm and welcoming.
Working with a tight budget and timeframe, we installed this fully furnished 4 bedroom home in three weeks.
