Caroline Street - Full Home Renovation

This dark, pokey 3 bedroom home was transformed into a light, bright 4 bedroom, double living room home, with some skilful drafting by Tim Bassman & construction by Grant Build. We designed all aspects of this build, carefully selecting all fixtures & finishes through-out the renovation which resulted in a cohesive, cosy family home.

Kitchen

We designed the kitchen to maximise storage, while also integrating timber elements, courtesy of Will Brennan Designs, to add warmth & character. Integrated appliances, and a large hidden pantry, add to the functionality of this hard-working space.

Bathrooms

Warmth & practicality was injected in the ensuite bathroom using a beige porcelain tile, with hits of natural timber, courtesy of custom made timber vanities and shaving cabinets by Will Brennan Designs. Storage was key, with the double cabinet also integrating power points for charging toothbrushes & shavers. The ledge detail & niche provides additional storage in the shower area.

Laundry & Mudroom

The generous proportions of this laundry & mudroom allowed for maximum storage and functionality. Hanging rail for drying clothes, nooks for shoe baskets and laundry hampers, pigeon holes for school bags and sport equipment & floor to ceiling cabinets for linen and hooks for hanging bags, coats and hats…along with some beautifully subtle material choices. Limestone herringbone floors & sage zellij tiles add a quiet luxury to these spaces. Who wouldn’t want to do laundry in here!
